Whilst we primarily offer “blank canvas” or venue only event booking options, we do have a talented team to assist and advise you with the following:

  • Trusted local partners (catering, bar, flowers, design, planning, photography and videography, transport) who share our organic and holistic vision and are in the know about Rosehill.
  • Planning and creating an event that flows beautifully from one space to the next.

Inclusions at a glance…

  • Exclusive – Your venue booking secures you exclusive use of the property and all accommodation offered. Our site manager will be on hand at all times to liaise with you.
  • Accommodation – Seasonal accommodation for up to 50 guests on the property + more with our partners nearby.
    Guests – Licensed venue for between 40 and 120 guests
  • A myriad of event spaces – Indoor and outdoor ceremony, gathering and feasting spaces. We’ve got you covered, whatever the weather.
  • Bar – No corkage fee. You may supply your own beverages without a further charge. We’ll connect you with the best suppliers in the local area and abroad.
  • Access – Guest parking on site for up to xxx. Access and storage for food trucks and caterers
  • Flexible styling – Enjoy some freedom from the confines of the conventional “wedding package”. Whether your vision is traditional or contemporary, the cottages, domes, locations and grounds can be carefully curated and transformed.
  • Our “Little Green Book” Personalised to include maps, styling tips, and exclusive offers from our most loved partners, for a diverse range of catering and bar designs to flowers, planning and styling, photography, videography and transport – compiled just for you.
  • Fury friends – We love animals, and your four-legged friends are welcome.

Our diverse range of on-site accommodation (seasonally sleeping up to 50) and unique spaces (hosting up to 150 for a sit-down feast) all nestled amongst the abundant Welsh wilderness make the possibilities quite extraordinary.
